What is Holiday World Resort?

Holiday World Resort is composed of Casamaïa apartments, 3 four-star hotels, a beach club, and a sports center. All in a private complex with a free mini bus that travels around the facilities on a wide schedule.

What accommodation options are available at Casamaïa apartments?

AtCasamaïa Apartments the accommodation is self-catering, however, they have fully equipped kitchens. Casamaïa doesn't have its own restaurants, but you can enjoy the buffets and restaurants of other hotels in the complex. Inquire about the rates.

Where do I check-in for Casamaïa Apartments?

You can check-in online and then present yourself at the Hotel Holiday Worl Riwo, right next to Casamaïa Apartments for the rest of the administrative matters.

What is Holiday World Beach Club? Is it a hotel?

No, Holiday World Beach Club is a large themed area with 9 pools and slides, a wave pool, a splash zone for the little ones, a cafeteria, and restaurants. In its spacious event areas, different activities are held during Summer Nights. Check here

Do they provide pool towels at Casamaïa Apartments?

Yes, all our guests can have bath towels..

You can request them at the reception of Riwo Hotel. A deposit of €15 per towel is required. At the reception of the Riwo hotel (with a previous deposit), they will give you a ticket, redeemable at the Spa of your hotel for the towel, and on the day of your departure from the hotel, when you return the ticket, they will return your deposit.

When are the rooms cleaned?

The apartment cleaning service is carried out every 4 nights of stay. The kitchen and utensils are not included.
The schedule for cleaning the apartments is between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
To deposit the garbage, there is a recycling area outside the building. From there, the daily collection of waste is carried out to take it to its recycling points.

If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can contract it here or by asking at the reception.

Do all apartments have a hydromassage?

Only the "The loft" penthouses have a hydromassage. You can request a change subject to availability.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking available.

Do the apartments have a washing machine and dishwasher?

All apartments have a washing machine. Except Casamaïa "essential", all apartments also have a dishwasher.
