PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

HOLIDAY WORLD will process your data for the following purposes:

• Managing the hiring of the services, bookings that the user has requested via the website and, in particular:
• Accommodation
• Events
• Activities, Summer Campus or Plans carried out by HOLIDAY WORLD.
• Sending a confirmation email in which your reservation locator number will be included.
• Handling contact and information requests, queries you make via the system that is set up for this purpose on the website.
• Handle your request to participate in the specific event or activity and send you information about it. Likewise, we follow up your participation and/or assistance.
• Assess and handle your job application, and where appropriate, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of personnel, in order to offer positions that fit your profile.
• Formalise your registeration as a Member of HOLIDAY WORLD Club (from now on CHW).
• Periodically send commercial information related to the CHW, by different means including electronic means, provided that you expressly consent to it. You have the right to object or revoke your consent; your data will be used to allow you to enjoy the advantages and benefits available to you as a CHW Member in each of the hotels that make up the HOLIDAY WORLD Group, as well as managing your membership in different levels of advantages.

CATEGORIES OF DATA THAT ARE PROCESSED

In relation to the purposes indicated in the previous section, HOLIDAY WORLD processes the following personal data:

• Identifying data: First name, last name(s).
• Contact details: email address, telephone no.
• Academic and professional data: education and training, work experience, qualifications, CV.
• Economic data, financial data if services are contracted.
• Business information data.
• User ID code.

No special data categories are processed.

The user must guarantee that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and updated, and will be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect that could occur due to failure by the user to do so.


LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows:

• To make the booking via the website, the legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the fulfilment of the contract signed by and between the parties.
• To handle your registration as a user, the legal basis for the processing is the consent you have been asked to give.

• Registration and management as a Member of CHW is based on the performance of the contract signed between the parties.
• In order for commercial communications to be sent to you, you must give your consent in advance.
• Financial data are collected for the appropriate provision of the service, as well as to comply with accounting and tax regulations, based on your consent.

Consents have been obtained for different purposes, so you can revoke them separately and at any time, by sending an email to the following email address: privacidad@holidayworld.es or via the link in promotional emails. In such an event, HOLIDAY WORLD informs you of the possibility of registering in advertising exclusion systems. For this purpose, you can consult the information published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency as the relevant control authority.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be kept for the following periods:

• The data provided to make the reservation will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and once this is finished, they will be kept subsequently until any the statutary limitation period for any legal actions that may arise from the aforesaid contractual relationship has expired.
• The data you provide to register as a registered user will be kept as long as you do not revoke your consent.
• The data you provide when requesting information or making a query will be kept for as long as necessary for the processing of and response to the query.
• Billing data, once processing is finished, will be kept for the periods established by law.
• The data you provide when submitting your application will be kept for one year from the moment the personnel selection process in which you have requested to participate is complete; your data will then be destroyed.
• The personal data provided to CHW will be kept as long as you do not revoke your consent for the sending of commercial information related to CHW.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We inform you that HOLIDAY WORLD does not make international transfers of personal data.

RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

with the reference "Data Protection", and stating your full name, enclosing a photocopy of your ID, your specific request, at any time and free of charge, for:

• Obtain confirmation about whether or not HOLIDAY WORLD is processing personal data concerning you.

• Correct any data that are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request the erasure of your data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
